They came, they modeled....they kicked ass! Presenting the 2024 Graduating Class of Wonderfest Attendees. We were looking for a record turnout this year for the annual group shot and our fellow Wonderfesters did not disappoint. One hundred and fifty five lost souls turned up in altered states of consciousness to help celebrate the show's 34th event and it was a blast. Missed out or just looking to be a part of one of WF's most anticipated group events? Then join us next year when we'll be looking to try and set a new record that'll top the 200 mark. Special thanks to AFM Photographers Jim Lawrence/Norbert Ossner and their amazing patience in dealing with this huge undertaking!

OUR NEXT CLASS:
Wonderfest 2025 • Friday, May 30th
9:00am - 5:00pm • Crown Plaza Hotel•Louisville, KY
Hey all you Wonderfesters, are you ready for a creepy trip down to the Bayou to rob graves and eat the dead? Well, we are and we’re proud to throw a little mud in yer eye…with AFM’s all new “Little Swamp of Horrors” Model Boot Camp!

That’s right Boils and Ghouls, macabre modeling awaits all who dare to enter our most fiendish class ever! Heading up this innovative class is AFM’s very own Dave Prosser. For this unique class, Mr. Prosser (AKA The Professor) has organized a timed schedule that’ll maximize the skills you will learn throughout the class, including:• Groundwork and foliage application to enhance any base • Acrylic wet-on-wet painting techniques and glazes• Plug n’ play lighting to create a murky glow from beneath the depths of a clear cast ‘swamp.
CLASS EXCLUSIVE
For this unique class we are remembering and honoring the legacies of two WONDERFEST greats, Artist Bernie Wrightson and Sculptor Mike Parks. Their collaborated efforts in realizing a truly ‘undead’ figure in tattered clothing will be the centerpiece for this epic outing.
Long unavailable, the rare “Wrightson Parks Ghoul” is being resurrected exclusively for the 2025 AFM Model Boot Camp.
Currently in development, the kit features a new base cast in clear green and will stand approximately 8 inches tall (including the base).
The kit will only be offered through this class.
A perfect start to your weekend at WonderFest 2025, AFM’s all day “Little Swamp of Horrors” will be held on Friday, May 30th from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Louisville, KY! If your familiar with AFM’s past “Modeling Boot Camps,” then you know how successful our programs are. Previous class attendees have achieved greater confidence with their skills and a growing number have even won awards with their class modeled efforts and there’s no reason why you can’t
too! Class tuition cost is only $300 per student, offered on a limited seating capacity and is open to modelers of all skill levels.
